It is called "I execrated Berlin a hundred times"
It is sung by a very popular comedian of the former GDR - Helga Hahnemann, called "Henne". She came from Berlin and was what we call " 'n Berliner Orjinal" (person typical fro Berlin), and unfortunately she died many years ago.
The song is like a love declaration to the city, much things are ironic, and it is sung in the really best Berlin dialect... So that you know what expects you when you will visit our capital...
A similar dialect is spoken nearly in the whole state of Brandenburg (lies around Berlin) and in northern Sachsen-Anhalt (my home
